Shipping

Is the product in stock and do you order before 2:00 PM? We’ll ship your order the same day with PostNL! Keep an eye on your email, as you’ll receive a handy track & trace code to monitor your order every step of the way.

 

At Miss Ponytails, we aim for fast delivery so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

If the product is out of stock, delivery may take 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Returns

STEP 1. Download the return form and complete it as thoroughly as possible.

​

STEP 2. Preferably use the original packaging. Place the products neatly inside the shipping box/bag and ensure it is securely sealed.

​

STEP 3. Ship the package to:
Nieuwe Hemweg 7P, 1013 BG AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS.

STEP 4. Drop off the package at your nearest PostNL service point.

Note:
Returns are always at your own expense.

TIP:

  • Always request a proof of shipment to ensure you have confirmation of your return.

  • Take a photo of your proof of shipment to avoid losing it.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange the item for a different color, the best way to proceed is by returning the incorrect product and contacting us via email at info@missponytails.nl. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by us

 

**This reimbursement applies only to orders from the Netherlands and Belgium.

 

Once we have received the returned ponytail in unused condition, we will send the correct color to you.

Return Policy

We understand that the hygiene and quality of our products are essential. Therefore, we enforce very strict return policies regarding extensions that have been worn. Each returned product is individually assessed before we decide whether to accept it. We kindly ask all our customers to carefully review the return conditions below before considering returning an order. This way, we can prevent any disappointments and ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers.ase as soon as possible.

Generous Return Period

Returns are accepted within a generous return period of 30 days.

Original Packaging

Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Unworn and Intact

Ponytail extensions and related items must be unworn. It is crucial that the Miss Ponytails label remains attached and intact.

​

Color and Length Verification

You may carefully remove the hair from the plastic and netting to check the color and length. However, avoid detaching the hair from the Miss Ponytails label.

Original Condition and Secure Packaging

The returned item must be in its original condition and securely packaged. The customer is responsible for proper return shipping, and return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

If we receive ponytail extensions or accessories that do not meet any of the previously mentioned conditions, we will contact you via email. In such cases, the extensions can be returned to you upon your request. The associated shipping costs will be your responsibility.

**Important: Ensure that your return shipment arrives safely at our location. Always keep the shipping receipt with a track & trace code until we confirm receipt of your return. Be sure to request this explicitly from POSTNL or your local postal agency, as it serves as your official proof of shipment. In the event of a lost return package, we will always ask for your track & trace code. Please note that packages or items without track & trace that do not arrive at our location cannot be refunded or exchanged.
